All targets are selected as having W+D "giant" = 1 and (J-Ks)o > 0.3 and A(Ks) > 0 and H < 12.5.  Order within that selection is random.

IMPORTANT NOTES:  

- The faint limit of this design was extended to H=12.5 to get enough stars to fill the fibers (limit would normally have been 12.2, using current throughput estimates).
