We finished plates: 3112, 3157, 3159 and 3148. Based Connie's new stopping criteria, plate 3152 was done, we declared it done in the database. Problems: 1) We got ion-pump-pr was above 3.5 microtorr at 4:00Z, kept up and down for a while, settle down to 0.5 at 7:30Z. 2) We ran out plates for midnight hours: 6:00Z - 8:00 Z, only one plate available between 8:00Z and 10:00Z. ---=== OBSERVING LOG ===--- Afternoon: ---------- Spectrograph focus was not changed. It looks like it should be good for tonight's expected temps. No problems noted during afternoon checkout. Deleted MJDs 54762 - 54766 from local disks. Night: ----- 00:30Z cart 3, plate 3112 (segue II). Wait twilight ends. 01:20Z started the first science exposure. Seeing was up and down between 1.7 to 2.2. There were thin clouds. The first exposure has S/N^2 of 1.9 from SoS due to clouds, bad seeing. but we think it may be good, so we did not declared as bad. we acquired 6 30 min exposures on this plate.
