These are the only good plates from the July 2008 drilling run.
All the plates from this run had the ra,dec as floats instead of doubles
and these plates are the only ones that were at RA<100 degrees and so had
enough significant figures in the decimals that the hole accuracy was good
enough.

plate 3108 designID 308 was not designed, so its directory is supposed
to be empty.
