The error message: failed to adjust collimation and focus; new focus and/or scale recorded but not successfully applied With the help of Jon we checked XQ#STATUS output in tcc and found it unusual. Looks like M2 galils status is not sent to TPM. Probbaly there is no connection between M2 galils controller and TPM. We reseted the galil controller (toggle switch on galils box at the basement level of telescope's enclosure). Connection established. After that homed secondary mirror and returned it to the position written in the evening part of the log. Then everything started working normally. We notified Russell as well.
