(1) Copied /opdb/d1/data/tileChunk/chunk31/tiling/tiInputTargets.fit
    to tiInputTargetsOrig.fit .

(2) Used trimTargets.tcl in astrootools to cull
    bad HIZ QSO targets (primtarget & 1) from problematic
    area (camCol 3, objc_colc < 1024) of run 2190, and output
    remaining targets to tiInputTargets.fit .
