(1) Renamed original tiInputTargets.fit to tiInputTargetsOrig.fit .

(2) Used trimTargets.tcl in astrootools to cull
    bad HIZ QSO targets (primtarget & 1) from 8 problematic
    fields in camCol 1 of run 3015, and output
    remaining targets to tiInputTargets.fit .

(3) Edited tiBoundariesIn.par to trim off the first 5 tiles
    due to thinness at that end of stripe 13.
