This does the Northern Sky.

In ../bc1 use CALIB and FIELDS to generate the initial condition
Warning. GETSAME.F knows where the SAME files are

Use PARFIT until the plate-to-plate solution stabilizes

In ../reverse use USEXID to generate the Pi program BOK and ROK files.

Use TCAPPLY to fit splines. Results are in TCSAMP.B/.R for a sampling of
the data, and TCNODES.B/.R for the nodes. Note that until I understand the
color problems in the red photometry, TCSELECT.F puts a color cut on the
   Tycho star lists.

TCAPPLY XX where XX is the iteration number of PARFIT to use.

TCAPPLY puts X/Y in TCEDIT.B/.R. On the basis of MONGO and/or whatever,
correct this file to be the ridge line that you want.

TCFINAL takes the TCEDIT.B/.R files and makes the TCLUT.B/.R files.

Copy the CALCOEF.XX and the TCLUT.B/.R files from here to UGAP7 before
going into BC3 to process the south.
