Last Update: November 2013 The input files used for SNIa-lightcurve fits (SALT2 & mlcs2k2) in the DR paper are provided here as SDSS_snfit*.nml and SDSS_SALT2mu_template.input. The '4par' fits refer to 4-parameter fits with an accurate spectaroscopic redshift, and the '5par' fits are photo-z fits with the redshift floated. The SDSS_snfit*.nml are input files to the snana script 'split_and_fit.pl, which calls the program 'snlc_fit.exe'. SALT2mu_template.input is an input to the snana script 'SALT2mu_fit.pl', which calls SALT2mu.exe. Note that these fits are intended for illustration and are not intended for any particular analysis. SDSS_snfit4par_SALT2.nml (4-parameter SALT2 fits using spec redshift): Table 1, columns 16-28(SALT2 fit params) Table 12 Figures 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15 SDSS_SALT2mu_template.input (translate SALT2 fits above into distances) Table 12 (mu and dmu columns) SDSS_snfit5par_SALT2.nml (5-parameter photo-z fits, minimized) SDSS_snfit5par_SALT2+marg.nml (5-parameter photo-z fits, marginalized) Table 1, columns 63-75 SDSS_snfit4par_mlcs2k2.nml (4-parameter mlcs2k2 fits using spec redshift) Table 1, columns 29-39 (mlcs fit params) SDSS_snfit4par_repeatK09.nml (repeat K09 analysis) Fig 12 Each SDSS_snfit*.nml input file can be run interactively, snlc_fit.exe but the processing time will be quite long using a single core. To distribute jobs using 'split_and_fit.pl' (manual section 12.4.1) replace the following keys in each input file, [OUTDIR] [BATCH_TEMPLATE] [NCORE] or replace the BATCH_INFO line with NODELIST: etc ... The SALT2mu job is launched with SALT2mu_fit.pl SDSS_SALT2mu_template.input
