RK 1/31/2014 After the dozen TYPE-updates I updated the SDSS/SNANA data files

- Fixed classifications of 12 candidates (2746, 15504, 15640, 17170, 17351, 17436, 18839, 19051, 19221, 19425, 20097, 20420).
- Fixed bug were host galaxy information of candidates whose redshifts come from BOSS were missing.
