TCL Interface

Primary TCL procs:
  • setObjectStatus.tcl -- set the status for all objects in a set of Frames Pipeline runs, based on their individual detection flags as set by the Frames Pipeline, and merge them with objects in adjacent fields in the same Frames Pipeline runs
  • runMerge.tcl -- merge objects from a set of Frames Pipeline runs with objects in all previously merge Frames Pipeline runs
  • resolve.tcl -- select primary and secondary objects in a chunk of sky
  • targetSelect.tcl -- select spectroscopic targets in a chunk of sky
  • fieldQualitySet.tcl -- set the data quality for a range of fields in a run
  • chunkExport.tcl -- export tsObj files for some chunks
  • tile.tcl -- preprocessors for tile and completeTile pipelines
  • qa.tcl -- quality analysis routines
  • utils.tcl -- utility routines
