First targets are selected as having W+D "giant" = 1 and (J-Ks)o > 0.3 and A(Ks) > 0 and H < 12.7.  Order within that selection is random.

Second targets are selected as having W+D "giant" = -1 and (J-Ks)o > 0.5 and A(Ks) > 0 and H < 12.7.  Order within that selection is random.

IMPORTANT NOTES:  

- The second class of targets was *intended* to be stars without W+D photometry, because we thought that giant=-1 indicated that.  We subsequently
learned that -1 indicated a W+D dwarf, so this target list ultimately consists of giants followed by dwarfs, all with W+D photometry.

- The faint limit of this design was extended to H=12.7 to get enough stars to fill the fibers (limit would normally have been 12.2, using current throughput estimates).
