The sqo3 (faint giants) targets (20 med) were originally selected to be in the overfill section of plate 1 and then well within the top 230 fibers of plate 2. Since it is unlikely that they will get observed on plate 1, it did not make any sense to give them such a high priority on plate 2. Therefore, we re-prioritized them and put them in the overfill region on plate 2, as well. The original re-prioritized list is named ngc5634sgr2.v2.txt, but I have copied this file to be named ngc5634sgr2.txt to keep the naming convention of the target lists consistent. All targets with at1 flag 6 set (star selected with no dereddening) in target list should have at1 flag 4 set instead because these targets were selected using RJCE-WISE dereddening. Start as a 6 hour field, see how it's going, then decide if we want to extend it to a 12 hour field. Used fiber jacket diameter of 70", which is too small to avoid all fiber collisions (need 71.5").
