Target Selection (target) contains C code to select spectroscopic targets
from a set of FITS files containing calibrated objects. It is intended to
provide a test bed for Working Groups to develop target selection code
outside the environment of the Operational Database. The actual target
selection performed within the Operational Database links to the C library
contained in this product.
