A Hartmann frame had an exposure time of 3 sec instead of 2 sec. Is this the specMech code problem again or weirdness with goSpecFocus? We did a set of dithered flats using cartridge 8 (plate 2444). More weirdness with the spectro auto-fill system. See the log for details. ---=== OBSERVING LOG ===--- Afternoon: ---------- Telescope has been checked. All systems work fine. Spectro Collimation has been done and focusing on expected night temp.= +7.5 C Night: ------ High humidity and clouds prevented ventilation and opening. One of the Hartmann exposures (frame 40954) during the collimation check had an exposure time of 3 sec instead of 2 sec. The headers also say 3 sec. Is this a specMech code problem or did something weird happen in goSpecFocus? While waiting for the weather to improve we did a set of dithered flats using cartridge 8 (plate 2444). The relevant frames are 40961 to 40977. endNight rejoiced. Around 10:45Z (04:45 local time) we forced an auto-fill of the spectro dewars. A manual fill shortly after the auto-fill completed showed that the auto-fill had indeed filled the dewars. However, when the system was switched back to auto, the dewars continued to fill even though they were full. Repeated attempts to stop the fill using the "stop" button failed.
