We got "okay" to go at 00"15Z. Checked upper and lower encloure to make sure there are no left tools etc. Mount cartridge 11 for collimation adjustment. Compressed data in /data/mcptpm/ for 15 mjd: 54421-54435. After all these work, I could not on spectrographs, I could not ping BOSS, but could talk to the cameras for temperature check. Craig forced a "boss cold" and "boss iack" to regain control. Craig also home sp1mech and sp1mech. 00:20Z started ventilation.
