I checked spectro focus with cartridge 1 (plt 2676) and cartridge 4 (plt 2677). Sp2 seems to require slightly different seetings. Sp2 requires 2500 more steps on cartridge 4 than on cartridge 1. Focus is now set for 9 C (using cartridge 4). 00:10Z - Fans on, Louvers and doors open. Night: ------ 01:25Z - Enclosure off. We begin with spectroscopy. 02:04Z - Plate 2676 (cartridge 1), segue. An fk5 was used to acquire the field. We finished this plate in 3 exposures. SoS gave an assortment of whopping fiber, scattered light and sky residual warnings. 03:30Z - Plate 2567 (cartridge 7), seguefaint. An fk5 was used to acquire the field. 03:35Z - A flat field lamp burned out and was changed. French knows about it. 04:13Z - Lost 38 minutes to bulb change. Bulbs tested and work. Slew to field and begin gflat. 04:20Z - Plate 2567 (cartridge 7), seguefaint. An fk5 was used to acquire the field. Finished in 5 exposures (5100 sec total). SoS warned of whopping fibers. 06:11Z - Plate 2490 (cartridge 8), legacy. An fk5 was needed to acquire the field. Finished in 3 exposures (2520 sec total). 07:30Z - Plate 2504 (cartridge 6), legacy. Guide stars on the gotoField. Finished in 3 exposures (2000 sec total). The call for a postCal came too late. 08:32Z - Plate 2506 (cartridge 3), legacy. Guide stars on the gotoField. Clouds hampered efficiency and it took 4 exposures (3500 sec total) to finish this plate. 10:00Z - Plate 2457 (cartridge 9), segue. Guide stars on the gotoField. We got 2 exposures (1800 sec total) before this plate expired but did not finish it. SoS gave an assortment of whopping fiber, scattered light and sky residual warnings. 11:06Z - Plate 1848 (cartridge 2), legacy. Guide stars on the gotoField. We got 2 exposures (2100 sec total) before the sky became too bright.
