Completed imager biases and flats. ---=== OBSERVING LOG ===--- Afternoon: --------- No problems noted during afternoon checkout. The 2.5m and 3.5m temperatures are different by about 3 C. I set the spectrograph focus to what I think might be an air temp of 3 C, but I recommend taking another set of post-cals after sunset, and check the focus. Removed MJD 54829, 54830 data from sdsshost2 /sdssfiles1. Night: ----- 00:20Z - We had radar returns to the west on the Dona Ana/Otero county border and we could see rain falling over the Organ mountains. This system was moving our direction, so we decided to wait and monitor since we couldn't do anything for another hour and a half anyway (18-deg. twi.). 01:15Z - Clouds from the west began moving into the cloud camera field of view. 06:40Z - Difference between 3.5m temperature and 2.5m dewpoint dropped to 2 C (the 3.5m dewpoint sensor has been flat-lined for the last 2 nights and the 2.5m temperature had been ~3C warmer than 3.5m as mentioned in the Afternoon portion, so we decided to use a combination of the two telescopes' weather information and be conservative). We stopped ventilating and noticed a few drops on the cloud camera on the way back up. 06:53Z - Rain sensor went off. We had soft hail falling. 09:00Z - Mounted the imager for imager biases and flats. T-bars unlatched. 09:22Z - Started imager biases (run 7928) and flats (run 7929).
