We were able to do the optical collimation, but did not have enough time to do the pointing model tonight. We unmounted the imager and closed at ~10:15Z After collimation DEFAULT.DAT was *not* edited, because we could not see it. TCC said EDT was an invalid command. Also, the mirror numbers did *not* reflect the changes we made to PriDesOrient. They should have been: 0.00, -22.55, 13.72, 496.81, 641.78 SP2 slithead door did not open when we asked it to, so we mounted the Engineering Cam instead of Cart 10. Viktor kindly asks to check PT when it is possible, and Jon Brinkman noticed some problems with the electronics box and CCD. (Dan Long?) Carry on, engineers! 00:52Z 3.5m weather probe is not working properly--specifically the dewpoint. Jon Brinkman is working on this. 01:50Z Started ventilation. Dewpoint/temp difference is 4.6. Night: ------ 01:39Z Sunset 02:37Z Weather conditions: some clouds around edges of the sky. We had rain showers before sunset. There is high humidity, but we do not have reliable sensors for measurments. 3.5m humidity detector still does not work. Based on our estimation the current humidity/temp difference is ~4C, and wind gusts up to 25 mph. We started ventilation but cannot open and continue to monitor these conditions. 03:07Z Evening twilight (18 deg) 03:44Z Weather conditions: The clouds are still present around the sky edges. Humidity sensor in the dome says 76% (~10 more than the status page says). Dewpoint/temp difference is still around 4. Wind is still gusting around 25mph. We're not comfortable with opening at this time, and continue to moitor conditions. We've mounted the imager and checked balance (counterweights at 650). The slithead door on SP2 did not open, even when all indicators said it was. We looked at it afterward, and could not get it to open. Since we could not mount Cart 10, we put the Eng Cam on (It isn't connected). 10:53Z Replaced the dewars. 11:11Z endNight finished and there was much rejoicing.
