Fritz poked around and found the root cause to be that one of the seeing files was missing. There is a .bin seeing file and a .see file and both have to get fron the DIMM PC to galileo. If they don't, then ALL the processes that feed the weather page die a horrible death. This problem has bitten us before, and Fritz would ultimately like to clean up the weather page and replace the current scripts with new ones based on rrdtool. In the meantime, we still need to see why the seeing data transfers fail.
