We finished 3 plates and got signal on 1 more. We had to disable 4 bad guide fibers on cart 9. We also had a few strange watcher errors complaining about temperature differences and TPM communications (problems section). ---=== OBSERVING LOG ===--- Afternoon: ----------- I did checkBias 6890 55, biasGen 6890, and biasCheck 6890 on the imager bias from yesterday, which was done with the T-bars unlatched. However, the image was not mounted. The results are posted in the Problems Section. I discovered during the afternoon checkout that neon lamp 3 was somewhat unhappy. In fact, it took three tries to get it to light although Watcher's Telescope-Status GUI reported, each time, that the light was working. We told French; he will take a look at it tomorrow. The spectro focus/collimation was checked but not adjusted; it's set for about 14-degrees C. The results are posted in the Problems Section. I tested the DIMM again last night, and all seems okay. So, the observer can feel free to use it at any time. I gathered a set of IRSC calib-data last night, I hope the have the gain results reduced and posted on my web page later this week.
