Photometric conditions and seeing ~ 1.3". Spectroscopy: observed plates 3128 (cart 4), 3143(cart 8), and 2962 (cart 1). Clouds during the exposure, eff.drop to 0, paused. Then resumed with bad efficiancy. Finally, the exposure has not enough signal. Clouds get thicker. -- 02:06Z Cart. 9 plate 3143 is mounted (SEGUE). fk5 used. Clouds are thik.
