It seemed as though the MCP Interlocks thought the altitude locking pin was not in place, although it was. See log. During the imager bias during the afternoon checkout, we got the message that the camera was not set up for drifting, etc. The bias worked afterwards, but we hadn't seen this message before so we figured we'd mention it. Are the above messages an artifact of having run the MSP program last night? Spectro focus set ~-7C. Collimate numbers in Problems section. This plate is FINISHED. 09:45Z - During the cartridge change I experienced a small problem where the lift would not go up in the auto mode. The altitude pin was in place (I verified this). The telescope was at normal instrument change position (I verified 121,90,00). The Lindy cart was engaged with the floor pin contacting the floor. When I turned on the hand paddle and tried to engage the lift, it would not move. I ended up switching to manual mode and the lift worked fine. I clicked on the `instrumentChange' button in the MCP Interlocks window and the window came up with the `lift_up_enable' option red. I clicked on the red box and the logic that came up was a "NOT" with all of the options were green except the far left box and the far left circle. From the way the Interlocks window was ordered, it seemed as though the logic thought the altitude pin was not engaged? Cartridge 2, 2772, chunk165 *************************** 09:55Z - gotoField.
