Completed: getQeCCD I Dewar-6 and getLinearCCD Z Dewar-6 Added signal to plate 2561 Dust count for the night was ~20K ---=== OBSERVING LOG ===--- Afternoon: ---------- During the checkout, we found a problem with the cloudCamera, i.e., a bright, white artifact was present on the lower-left on each image. With an inspection of the IRSC'c mirror, we discovered some bird feces on that spot, so the mirror was cleaned. Although the artifact was greatly reduced with some alcohol and a Kimwipe, a white circle is now in the images. We need the engineers to take a look at the problem. We think the artifact is etched into the mirror's surface. Spectro focus was checked and slightly adjusted, i.e., sp1 moved by +1500. The pre-adjusted numbers are posted in the Problems Section. We did not open the doors/louvers at sunset because of high dust.
