The last few nights we've noticed that when we force the evening fill from the 180L LN2 dewar the fill times have been something on the order of about 35 mintues. Over the last few weeks (prior to the last few days) we don't seem to remember the fills taking so long. We had two instances where the wrong set of guide fibers were X-ed out within the guider display. We issued Ticket #448 and later found out that Ticket #408 is related. See Log for details. We found out that taking a BOSS bias closes the FF petals. We were going to file a ticket, but found out Ticket #355 is already outstanding. Plate 3681 is on the Wiki on Kyle's list for the November strategy, but it's not in the web interface to the plate database. The smoke-gray front panel is off of cartridge 12. It looks like there's a nut or two missing and so the latch doesn't secure properly. It's in the plug lab just beside the door. The 45 degree alt fiucial did not read going up, the 60 deg did. Both read going down. Spectro focus given an adjustment, but will probably have to be re-done when BOSS starts. Details at end of log. When we got on the field and started the guider, the X's were put over the wrong set of guide fibers in the guider display, but we didn't know any better to begin with (there was an email awhile back describing how B pointings won't always use even-numbered fibers and A pointings won't always exclusively use odd-numbered fibers). There was also a field star near fiber 11, so the star in fiber 11 was mistakenly brought in. After we didn't see any other stars, and we saw some faint light off the edge of fiber 10, we decided to swap the disabled and enabled fibers, thereby enabling the even-numbered fibers. With the correct guide fibers enabled, the guide stars were subsequently brought in. We filed Ticket #448 regarding this issue and later found out that Ticket #408 is related. Below is what the STUI Log reports for the gprobes after Howard loads the cartridge.
