We tried to observe once, but did not get any useful signal because of clouds. We closed for the rest of the night and completed one shake task - dithered flats. ---=== OBSERVING LOG ===--- Afternoon: --------- All systems checked and working. Adjusted the spectro focus (problems section) for ~12C (using cart 2). Night: ----- Strong nearby radar return, cumulus clouds, wind up to 32 mph, very fresh after rain and no dust. 50% humidity. 01:30Z We started ventilation but wait to open the weather improvment. 01:50Z we stopped ventilation, wait, started again at 3:50Z and continue to wait. 5:15Z Nearby clouds became to be transparent and storm is dispersed, so we opened and tried to do observations. Cartridge 5, plate 2464, seguefaint, pri 4. Find Guider stars on GTF. Seeing was 1.2" and efficiency was above 70%. 5:49Z PreCalibs 5:52Z doNextScience 1500. But soon after the exposure begin the clouds to overcast and we abort this exposure. Waited for half an hour and closed when noted a new return on radar image which was moving to us. 8:17 Z.
