The IRSC Control applet showed it was running, but there were no images listed and nothing updated. This was a repeat of last night's problem. We had clear skies all night and monitored sky conditions with the APO Weather Status page and satellite images. We lost 16 minutes in order to change out a FF bulb. See log. We had a FF lamp that wouldn't light (FF lamp #4 in the Telescope System Status display), so we tried issuing `Post-Calibs' a few more times and then we tried manually lighting the FF lamps through the MCP and still it wouldn't light. We were able to light all 4 Ne and HgCd lights, so it was an isolated FF bulb issue. We replaced the FF bulb with the new/tested FF bulb from the cabinet in the Engineering trailer and everything functioned normally. In sum, from the onset of the failed cals (SOP warnings that 4th FF bulb did not light) to firing up the FF lamps after we replaced the FF bulb, we lost 16 minutes.
