We got some signal with plates 2876 and 2962. MSP calibration: finished Linearity test for r4 and r5. Got problems with MSP calibration but got rid of them somehow. We got message from endNight: "Failed to copy cloud camera images. Perhaps there were none tonight". ---=== OBSERVING LOG ===--- Afternoon: ----------- Thanks to Jon for getting landrupe monitor back to 2.5 m control room. host2 was rebooted. All systems checked and working properly. The spectro focus was checked but no adjustment made. It set for 10 C. Night: ------- Cartridge 3 is on 01:35Z opened dome 02:21Z gotofield; GSOGTF 02:40Z precal 02:50Z science 1500 03:17Z science 1200: we declared it bad because the moonlight decreased s/n^2 in r1 to under 2.0. 03:40Z postcal 03:50Z Cartridge 7 mounted, plate 2962, fk5 used 04:01Z precal 04:08Z science 1320 - this was BAOtest plate, but the moonlight made this exposure rather bad (in the database this cartridge has 0 Moon units for tonight, but it definitely was exposed to the moonlight). 04:35Z enclosure put on. Prepared for the imager calibration. --- Imager calibration --- We tried to get QE for r 4. 05:35Z - bias frame #2, run 7449. We opened up window, checked hardware setup, got good pings, status, aflux on IBM laptop at the telescope. Started over everything and attempted to do the QA again for r 4. We got the same error, but this time "calib" is alive on the laptop and shows right values for StageX and lambda positions. 06:03Z we switched to Linearity measurements for the same chip, r 4. Same error. 06:10Z shutdown of MSP performed all according to the procedure run 7450 - bais after shotdown (ignore) 06:40Z run 7451, this time we tried Linearity for r 5 (of course switched to StageX 38710).
