Holding the camera body damps out the oscillations, and they stayed damped. We had another instance of an exposure (an arc) hanging in the preread stage. We were at a high altitude, which led to a large rotator error and correction, but a little hunting found the stars. This plate is DONE. After the first science exposure, we had another preread hang: 10:15:56 APO.elenam.sop 248 boss w text="exposureState timer does not add up (remain=-148.18 total=3.00)" Large guide fiber 11 appears to be broken. Is this already known? Neither Elena or I knew about it. The problem first appears in guider flats taken on MJD 55209. The guider started showing large errors on exposure 10876 as we approached transit at 87 deg alt. This was a bonus exposure anyway, as the plate was already done, so you can keep the exposure or throw it out. The rates were so high that just as the exposure was ending the rotator aborted.
