I did an aliveness test of the imager and DA, which seemed to be working fine. 
I did notice, though, that the background color of the monitor (photometric 4) 
was periodically changing from normal to a pale green.  

I completed an aliveness test of the spectros; SOS reported a bias from each 
camera as good.  I looked at the bias images with saoDislpay, and they looked 
normal.  As instructed by Steph, I did not do the Spectro Monthly Checkout 
since the CCD cleaning will be performed later this week. 
 
I powered up the DIMM and went on the sky for a while.  Everything seemed to 
be working okay, and the information was being sent to our web-page. 

The mirror numbers of the 2.5-meter were not normal;see log.  However, I did 
not run the home/relax procedure since the spare M2 controller was being 
installed and tested.  I will checked with French or Jon B. on 
Tuesday afternoon about the test/repair status. 

With the PT, the mopGUI took about 25-minutes to display, and I noticed that 
the PT made an atypical noise when moved in Dec. Nevertheless, I went on the 
sky and observed a few primary patches, and all seemed to be working fine. 

I checked the elevator, vent fan, and manipulator arm at the cartridge bay; 
all worked A-okay.

I noticed tonight that there was a HUGE number of moths in the 2.5-meter 
enclosure.
