His note as follow:
"attached is the opCamera-51790.par after xmagSet has been run on it
(used 756 calib for this).

It changed in completely tinsy-weensy (neglible) ways.

To do this procedure, I ran this command:

setup dp
astrotools>xmagSet opCamera-51790.par opCamera-51790.par.2 756
                26322 /data/dp3.b/data/756/5/nfcalib

(then opCamera-51790.par.2 --> opCamera-51790.par via mv)

Where the 26322 was gotten from the idReport-51790.par file
and rerun 756 is known to have a very up to date nfcalib."


I did 
mv opCamera-51790.par old/opCamera-51790.par.prior10.11.2000
then
copied the file from mail to:
/data/dp3.b/data/golden/51790/opCamera-51790.par
