Strip 1660 N done from mu=193 to mu=224.4 (including ramps) and we finished 2 plates (2130 and 2530) and 1 partial (1717). Small problem while Kaike was trying to close his windows on Landru; he was logged off. Integrated dust count = 18,759 ---=== OBSERVING LOG ===--- Afternoon: ---------- The spectro collimation was checked but not adjusted. The collimation is currently set for a temperature of approximately 15 degrees C. No problems to report. Night: ----- 02:20Z We mounted imager. Waiting for clouds to go away. 02:33Z Run 6172 bias on the telescope. It's getting photometric. 03:40Z Run 6174. Stripe 1660 N. Ramp started at mu=193, frame 19 (1 minute before the end of twilight). Science started at mu=195, frame 33. Skippy happy, in focus, seeing is good (~1.1"), and the sky is photometric. The seeing became bad and the sky no longer photometric. Ramp ended at mu=224.4, frame 228 (Science ended at frame 215). 06:45Z Due to bad seeing conditions we switched to spectroscopy. 06:50Z Cart 3, plt 2130 mounted. FK5 used. During the slew to field the AZ and ROT axis aborted. After an 'axis init' we slewed back to the field and everything was okay. Plate done. 08:15Z Cart 4, plt 1717 mounted. SOGTF. Got one exposure on the plate, before it expired. 08:58Z Cart 8, plt 2530 mounted. SOGTF.
