Run 6528 lambda 113 to 153 including ramps. Run 6530 lambda 166 to -123 including ramps. The gap was caused by the death of id1. The problem was eventually solved by swapping the PT board, md1, into id1's slot and reconfiguring it. Many thanks to Kurt Biery and Jon Brinkmann for their efforts. Note that this means there is no PT available until the id1 board is fixed or a spare 5500 turns up. The good Sir Robert is here making many fixes and upgrades to the watcher and iop which are in the Fawkes versions of the software as he works on it prior to shakedown at which time it'll get an official tag number. When looking over the log before sending, I saw that the auto skippy entries were all zeros. Position was 55.21 degrees and the temperature was a relatively warm 9 C. Axis reinitialized and track resumed. Currents after the init looked normal. 01:31Z Twilight Frame 37, lambda 113 A fair amount of cirrus at the start of twilight. 03:00Z Getting significant background variation with passing clouds now that the moon is up. Frame 180, lambda 135. Lines like this from the teamster were showing up every few minutes in the murmur log. I don't recall seeing them before. Nothing shows up in a dsclat session after starting a reboot. Jon Brinkmann and I started looking around for a spare and didn't have any luck. Called Kurt Biery to see if we should have a spare somewhere. He wasn't sure and went to check on his notes. A bit later he sent notes on how to swap cards and reconfigure. 06:00Z Back on the air after swapping md1 for id1. So no PT until we get id1 fixed or find a spare. By backing up as far as possible at a reasonable elevation, there is only a 17 degree gap in science coverage between lambda 151 and 168, RA 336 to 353. 06:02Z Run 6530 82 S 166 to -123 Skippy happy from the start In focus by frame 19. Clouds are gone, but seeing is not very good. Median seeing at the start of the run 2.2 arcseconds. With only brief drops below 2, the run up to frame 380 has seeing in excess of 2.2 arcseconds, sometimes going to nearly 3. It is not clear this data will be useful. The last 150 frames were in more reasonable seeing varying between 1.4 and 2.0 arcseconds with clear or mostly clear skies. 10:45Z ending run and closing up since there is no more SN area available.
