Some sections of the log show these gaps (focus, weather). Be aware also that some weather info in the fits headers will also show -9999's during these times. FF lamp #4 is out. We didn't replace it as it happened during morning twilight, and we wouldn't be able to get a good flat after replacement anyway. The timeout caused the guider flat to not work on the first slew to the next field, but stopping the guider again (although it was supposedly already stopped) appeared to fix the problem. 08:29Z - Cartridge 2, plate 3235, SEGUE Jan 09a ----------------------------------------------- Orographic clouds started forming as we went to the field. Found an FK5 through the clouds, but couldn't see our guider stars. We waited. Wind speeds also started increasing, and toyed with the closure limit. 08:45Z - Wind speeds approaching 40 mph at the telescope, and clouds prevented work, so we closed the petals and slewed to 121, 30 and waited. 09:20Z - Clouds dissipating, wind speed dropped. We went back to the field. 12:30Z - On our last post-cal, in morning twilight, flat field lamp #4 went out. This is the lamp on the bottom right when the telescope is at stow and you are looking from the back. We didn't replace the lamp, because we would end up taking the flat in bright twilight. We took a single arc, though.
