Finish marvels-pre-selection plate: 3492. Problems: 1) MJCI MC agents needs to be reconnected frequently while APO networks fine tonight. At least, we did not experience any network problem. 2) folloing fibers need to be check for dropping out or breakage: Cart 5, on image of field HD 68988 (cart 5, plate 3417B), number pairs: 57-58, 61-62, 97-98, 101-102, do not have any flux, the same as found last night. We checked the cartridge, did not found any dropped fibers. Cart 6, plate 3416B: fiber 87-88 have no signals. Signals on 93-94 are very low. Cart 7, plate 3414B: no flux for pair 23-24, pair 7-8 have very low signals. Cart 8, plate 3418A. no flux for Pair 35-36, the corresponding fiber need to be check. ---=== OBSERVING LOG ===--- Afternoon: --------- All systems were checked and work properly. The spectro focus was checked but no adjustment made. It is set for 10 C. Last night, we found that four fibers did not have flux on cartridge 5, plate 3417B.
