We completed the following imaging scans: 85N from lambda 134 to -175 including ramps, seeing varied anywhere from 1.3-2.0" but averaged 1.6". This stripe is DONE. 74S from lambda 143 to 158 including ramps, average seeing 1.3". This stripe is DONE. 73N from lambda 143 to 165 including ramps, average seeing 1.5". This stripe is DONE. 71S from lambda 163 to -171 including ramps, average seeing 1.7" 70N from lambda -176 to -153 including ramps, average seeing 1.6" Slight problem mounting the imager tonight. See afternoon checkout section of log. The imager dewer will need replacing soon. ---=== OBSERVING LOG ===--- Afternoon: ---------- initNight within iop failed because of critical disk space. Dan deleted MJDs 55058-55101. Pinged all actors within STUI. All are working properly. During the telescope checkout, there was an altitude slip at around 70 degrees (moving the telescope down from zenith), but the voltages were all in a normal range. Took imager bias. 23:45Z - Began ventilating with fans on, doors closed, lights off. 23:46Z - Force-filled the spectrographs. 23:48Z - Took spectro bias (102466), and hartmanns (102467-68) with cartridge 12. Changed motor positions accordingly and retook the hartmanns (102469-70), T=13C. 00:15Z - Mounted imager. When the imager was on the lift, it stopped ~6 inches off the ground and would not go any higher. So, we brought it back down to the ground and then tried again. This time, it went all the way up, but then would not latch, and would not move back down. We double and tripled checked everything to make sure the imager wasn't getting caught on anything and no interlocks were engaged. Then, we moved the hand paddle to manual, and then we were able to mount the imager without problems. 00:37Z - Imager bias (tbars unlatched), run #8099, 37 frames.
