On the BOSS plates we had guide stars on gotoField, although they were at the edges of the larger acquisition fibers, but on the MARVELS cartridges we only had GSOGTF less than half the time. Please check the list of potentially dropped/broken MARVELS fibers below. BOSS ==== 2X900s cart. 11, 4185. 4X900s cart. 16, 4192. The SoS-reported r1 xsigma value was out of spec for both BOSS flats taken tonight (1.15 for exp. 119749 on cart. 11, 1.16 for exp. 119755 on cart. 16). All other SoS-reported values were in spec and the spectrographs were in focus before taking the cals. MARVELS ======= 1X3000s cart. 1, 3631B, K7. 1X3000s cart. 7, 3632B, K5. We had a very difficult time finding the correct set of guide stars during our observation of cart. 7, 3632B. When we arrived at the field, we had stars in fibers 7, 8, 11. Eventually, it took some manual guesses at offsets and we finally settled on the correct set of stars, but this must be a relatively crowded field to have produced so many false positives.
