We had issues with the platedb web-app on port 8081 not updating (S/N)^2 values or # Exposures again. Sometimes the page was altogether unavailable and there was a "server is down" message in the browser and although it came back it still only updated intermittently. We used the version on port 8082 and it seemed to update properly throughout the night. We had a number of instances where the gotoField+Hartmanns+cals+guider routine drops out after the Hartmanns because the Hartmann routine fails. The Hartmanns are taken and Collimate is then run, but a reported value in sp2Residual appears out of spec and so it fails. See 05:49Z in the Log for details about the failure. We had to adjust the sp2 WAVEMID values because we had an out-of-spec arc (b2 value was beyond accepted tolerance). We lost about 45 min. total time to this adjustment and the subsequent arcs (including warm-up time) and Hartmanns to get back to focus following the movement of the a and b collimator actuators. sp1 took nearly twice as long to fill after sunset compared to the sp2 fill time. In total, it took about 35 min. to fill. And although it's known, we still have the r2 S/N problem and the guider update/button issue. The gotoField routine with everything (Hartmanns, cals, guider flat and exposure) checked in STUI failed because the Hartmanns failed. The exposures were taken but the failure occurred after Collimate was run. It appears that some keyword (sp2Residuals) was out of spec and so it backed out of the whole gotoField loop so that we could direct attention at the problem. This movement brought the b2 WAVEMID value from 5011 down to 4995 (black, in spec) and the r2 WAVEMID value from 8073 down to 8051 (black, in spec).
