We observed the next Marvels plates: 4512 A,B (ct 5) 4519 A,B (ct 3) 4476 A (ct 1) 4515 B, (ct 8) 4515 A (ct 8) - we could not find more then two stars on this plate at the same time. Did not opberve it. No broken fibers. Boss cartridges: Ct 14, plate 4560 - DONE Ct. 16, plate 3839 - DONE Ct. 17, plate 3850 - DONE ---=== OBSERVING LOG ===--- Afternoon: --------- Steph and Nathan rolled cartridge 1 roughly over the apron and took flat-lamp before-and-after exposures to look for dropped fibers. Nathan will send out a report. The MARVELS CCD temperature was out of spec (about -103C), getting to -86C when the CryoTiger was off. The CryoTiger had one bad fan, which Mark replaced. After turning the CryoTiger back on, the temperature returned to the nominal -106C. The above problems delayed afternoon checkout. 23:24Z - All actors reported OK. 23:30Z - ThAr lamp on. Ventilation started, doors opened. Alaina took BOSS bias, dark, flat, arc and hartmanns on cartridge 17.
