During the first three hours, we imaging 82 S from lambda 108 to 149.5 (including ramps) through some clouds. Had another Hartmann frame with a 3 sec exposure time. Both spectro and imager dewers needed to be replaced after one more fill. ---=== OBSERVING LOG ===--- Afternoon: ------------ Had another Hartmann frame with a 3 sec exposure time. No other problems were found during the afternoon checkout. Night: ------------ 00:25Z run 6487, on-telescope bias. 01:15Z run 6488, 82 S. started at lambda 107.5. In focus at frame 21. 01:38Z started ramp at frame 45, lambda 113. 01:45Z started science at frame 59, lambda 115. Skippy gave a nuerr of 13". Since it was still under the limit, 18". We decided let drfit kept going. Seeing was about 1.4". Watcher complained about sky with the message of: skyL (03:40:42Z 2006-10-24 ccd11: ccd13 ccd14 ccd15 ccd16) skyR (03:40:42Z 2006-10-24 ccd11 ccd12: ccd13 ccd15 ccd16) and this message kept to come back with different time stamps after be cleared up. Due to clouds, we ended drift at 04:03Z, at frame 289, lamda 149.5. The nuerr kept decreasing, reach about 9.5" (from 13" at the begining) when we ended the drift. 11:05Z It was cloudy and the humidity increased with dew point split less than 3.0 C.
