See ticket #361. Once Kyle arrived on-site, we used another ~2 hours (with the enclosure off) to work on collimate. We gathered data on BOSS cart 12. We were closed the last half of the night due to high humidity. While we were closed, we tested the collimator flexure at different altitudes and rotator positions. We also unmounted and remounted the same cartridge to test how instrument changes might effect collimate. Results in log, or see ticket #365. We took several BOSS spectral darks. 'sop hartmann' doesn't close FF petals if they are open to begin with. Ticket #364. ---=== OBSERVING LOG ===--- Afternoon: ---------- Restarted the servers. Pinged all STUI actors. Took imager bias. Mounted cart 12 for the beginning of the night. Checked fiducials - altitude fiducial for 45 degrees did not read while slewing up to zenith. 23:53Z - Began ventilating. 00:09Z - Ran collimate on exposure 102372-73. Moved sp1 by 3593 steps, and sp2 by 5749 steps. 00:29Z - Ran collimate on exposure 102374-75. Moved blue cameras by +6 degrres (sp1) and +12 degrees (sp2). 00:51Z - Ran collimate on exposure 102376-77. Moved the cameras the wrong direction last time. This time, we moved sp1 blue camera -22 degrees and sp2 blue camera -38 degrees. 01:03Z - Ran collimate on exposure 102378-79. b2 is ok, but b1 is not. Moved bl by +14 degrees. 01:17Z - Ran collimate on exposure 102380-81. b1 better, but still needs tweeking. Moved b1 by +10 degrees. Night: ------ 01:23Z - Opened enclosure to mostly clear skies. 01:34Z - Moved b1 by +10 degrees. Ran collimate on exposure 102382-83. b1 is now in focus, but b2 moved out of focus (even though we didn't mess with it). Paul was connected to STUI, so he fixed this problem for us. 02:20Z - The guider began working.
