LICENSE RESTRICTIONS FOR OKLAHOMA MESONET DATA STREAMS PROVIDED BY ARM

Your recent request from the ARM Archive included files containing data
provided by the Oklahoma Mesonet.  Information from the Oklahoma Mesonet is
a commercially distributed product.  The ARM Program is able to provide you
this information by way of a "site license" that allows for usage by ARM
sponsored scientists and their support staff and students.  Please consider
the following license conditions:

 >> Do not distribute this information to other scientists who are not
sponsored by the ARM Program.

 >>  If the data are provided to other authorized users, please inform them
of the license limitations.

 >> Please provide acknowledgement to the Oklahoma Mesonet Program when these
data are used in publications.  Such acknowledgements will encourage the
continued support of the Oklahoma Mesonet by the State of Oklahoma.   (For

 >>  Acknowledgement of the ARM Program is also requested.  ARMs continued
success is measured by usage of ARM provided data.
