'galactic_microlensing_distributions.h5' is an hdf5 file containing 
three groups:
 - inner_bulge
 - outer_bulge
 - outer_galaxy

Each group contains 13 datasets corresponding to 13 columns of data 
for microlensing candidate events found in simulation.
 - theta_E : Einstein radius
 - t_E : Einstein crossing time
 - u0 : Minimum separation
 - pi_E : Einstein parallax
 - pi_rel : Relative parallax
 - rad_L : Distance to lens
 - rad_S : Distance to source
 - A_L : Extinction to lens
 - A_S : Extinction to source
 - lens_flux_fraction : Flux from lens over total flux
 - source_flux_fraction : Flux from source over total flux
 - neighbor_flux_fraction : Flux from neighbors over total flux
