The ChIP-seq and RNA-seq datasets generated in this study implicate thousands of non-coding regions in cardiac disease and development. As part of this resource, we accept nominations from the cardiac research community of putative non-coding regions to test in our transgenic enhancer assay. Nominated regions may include loci implicated in cardiac genome-wide association studies, variants discovered in whole genome sequencing studies, or variants from targeted resequencing studies. We are able to test "wild type" sequence as well as allelic variants.
