Output parameters

  (nzval, rowind, colptr): (*rowind)[*] contains the row subscripts of
     nonzeros in columns of matrix A; (*nzval)[*] the numerical values;
 column i of A is given by (*nzval)[k], k = (*rowind)[i],...,
     (*rowind)[i+1]-1.
